Ask them to visit account.crystalmedia.ca and enter their phone number — the same one they used when filling out the contract pre-fill form.

They'll create a Crystal account just like you did, then sign the document from their side.

Once both signatures are in, you'll each receive a PDF copy of the signed contract by email for your safekeeping.
